Hi! My name is Rosanne D’Alessandro. I was born on August 30, 1963 in Philadelphia, PA and was raised in South Philadelphia. I have four brothers and one sister. My parents have a store called Ledonne’s Furniture in South Philadelphia. All of my brothers work in the family business. As a young girl, I spent all my summers at my parents’ shore home in Brigantine, NJ.
In 1981 I graduated from an all-girl Catholic high school, Saint Maria Goretti. I decided to pursue a career in the casino industry. In 1983 I graduated from the Casino Career Institute with a gaming license for various table games from the State of New Jersey. That same year I started at the Sands Casino in Atlantic City. In 1985, I transferred to Trump Marina Casino. In 1986 I was promoted from casino dealer to casino floor-person (supervisor). All told, I worked in the casino industry for about 21 years. Brigantine, NJ was my residence during this time.
In March 2004 I married my husband Michael, and relocated to Somerset. Living here is very different than living in Brigantine. At times I miss my family, friends, the shore environment, and the casino industry. We enjoy vacationing in the Caribbean islands and Florida, attending concerts, and dining out.
I enjoy working at Curves because exercise and fitness has always been an important part of my life. I have met many very nice women and enjoyed interacting with them, and look forward to continuing to do so.
