Method:

The Curves workout is a fast and effective method of combined cardiovascular and strength training, using hydraulic resistance.  Studies at Baylor University have confirmed its safety and effectiveness.

The upbeat music makes it fun. A cue CD tells you when to move to the next station (every thirty seconds), and when to check your heart rate.

In just half-an-hour you'll have exercised every major muscle group and burned up to 500 calories!  By increasing lean muscle, your metabolism will be raised, which will help adjust and stabilize your weight.
